PROCESS CUSTOMERS MUST COMPLETE:
Step 1: Completed application at www.microf.com under New Customers tab
- Complete online application or Complete Paper Application and then Submit to email it. E-mail application to info@microf.com or fax it to 229-878-4865.
Step 2: Successful interview with a Microf Relationship Manager
Step 3: Consumer authorization for an affordable monthly payment AND Microf's receipt of initial payment
Step 4: Homeowner(s) sign the Rental Purchase Agreement
(Please complete this online via email not paper forms as this slows down the process).
Step 5: Dealer completes the installation and the homeowner signs the installation acknowledgement form
The following documents are accepted as verification of eligibility and are needed to complete the approval process:
- Pictures of the front and back of the home
- Copy of the Dealer's proposal/bid
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicant(s) or Co-applicant(s) must be homeowners
- Homeowner(s) must provide a valid ID
- Homeowner(s) must have Homeowner's Insurance
- Homeowner(s) must have an active bank account
- Homeowner(s) must provide verification of monthly income that is current within the last 30 days
- Homeowner(s) must possess comfort level with monthly payment associated with a RESIDENTIAL REPLACEMENT system. (Up to 12% of verified monthly income)
